Neighbors for a Better California helps communities understand the housing, land-use, and development policies shaping California.
We research and explain proposed legislation, changes in state law, planning rules, and real-world development issues so residents can better understand how these decisions affect affordability, infrastructure, public safety, public services, and community livability.
